There are some familiar names including the performance director, they're the ADOR employees
Comments
- It's really different from HYBE. HYBE's side swears anonymously but ADOR's side, their people reveals everything under their own name
- Why do you feel like crying? ㅠㅠ Everyone is so cool. Fighting!!!!!
- I'm rooting of you, guys. I hope you win
- Wow, this is really... amazing... ADOR is really cool... Min Heejin is a really cool person...
- It feels like watching some kind of drama. Fighting
- There are only posts of defending HYBE on blind (blog) but in real life, there really is no one fighting for Bang Sihyuk ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Puahahahaha Min Heejin and NewJeans fighting
- Ah ㅠㅠㅠ I'm crying ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
- There's nothing I can tell you except to cheer you up and win... Go for it
- If you're Korean, you can't help but understand that the difficulty to reveal your real name in public. Good luck! I will cheer everyone on
- ADOR fighting! I hope everyone stays strong!!
- Wow, they've all come together nicely~ ADOR fighting!!
- ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I hope they're all properly protected
- ADOR's side always comes out in front and fights proudly, but why do the slaves of HYBE always hide behind anonymity in such a dark way and hiss like a bitch? They're crazy
- I'm rooting for ADOR. It's funny that the thing that shows the atmosphere inside HYBE better than anything else is posts on Blind written by the employees
- It will be a tough fight but everyone fighting ㅋㅋㅋ
- I can't do anything but I want to write a petition too. Min Heejin, NewJeans fighting!

[Theqoo - Hot] ADOR employees corporate employee evaluation review of ADOR Min Heejin
A place where a highly capable leader takes full responsibility and leads by example, visible to all. Consequently, sometimes the staff either have too little or too much to do, or they're just in the wrong roles altogether.
Streghts:
if used wisely, there's flexibility in taking annual leave.
Remote work and flexible working hours are excellent perks.
Incentives are generally high.
The CEO is intelligent and rational.
Weakness:
It takes around 10 years to just become a department head.
It seems the CEO has trust issues with people.
Previous statement by Min Heejin:
Due to these tendencies, I prefer working with small teams or individuals. Within ADOR, I prefer direct communication with a very small group around 5 people. This preference might stem from personal trauma. Strangely, I've consistently faced stress from individuals who falsely portray me as someone who neglects duties or engages in external activities, despite rarely indulging in alcohol, smoking, or nightlife. Additionally, due to past experiences of seeking therapy for not knowing how to relieve stress without resorting to alcohol, cigarettes, or nightlife, I've minimized social interactions as a form of self-defense.
The weaknesses ㅠㅠㅠ ㅋㅋ

- I really want to work with a leader like that
- I can feel that she is a person who is really good at her job. She is a very capable person.
- She's not greedy as a leader so I'd like to work with someone like that... It's so rare
- If I had a job like this, I probably wouldn't resign
- I like it. There is no boss better than a meritocratic female leader. If I do well, that's enough. I like a leader like that because it'll makes you confident. First of all, as long as they don't try to pull you down just because you're good. Just don't be a Bang Sihyuk
- That means the CEO is really good at her job and capable. It seems like there will be a lot to learn if you work under her
- I really like this kind of work style. You can learn a lot and your self-esteem will go up in an atmosphere where we work hard and work together
- A capable boss is better than an incompetent boss who plays politics, There will always be a lot to learn.
- Min Heejin really seems like a person who gets her work done and gets it done until the end... It's my 8th year in the workforce and I think it's better to have a boss who can look over your shoulder and learn something from them than to be under someone who doesn't criticize you in a group that gathers to work
- It's a structure when you just have to do your job well... I'm jealous..
- Anyway, just by looking at how she started as an ordinary employee and rose to become the CEO of the industry. It's clear she's not just competent and smart. Just seeing her press conference, she's an amazing alpha woman.
- There are very few leaders who recognize the value of employees with abilities. Instead, there are those who try to package that ability as their own and step on you. She's a good leader
- There is no perfect CEO in the world but she still a good boss.
