NewJeans' stage outfits spark polar opposite reactions

NewJeans recent stage outfits while performing "How Sweet" during Inkigayo's K-Wave Concert are receiving mixed opinions from netizens. Take a look at each of the members' outfits below.


1. Minji

Minji wore baggy overalls with work boots and a long sleeve baseball T-shirt.





2. Hanni

Hanni emerged in a simple T-shirt and sweatpants combo, along with a fanny pack as an accessory.







3. Danielle

Danielle rocked a boho look with oversized clothes, a knit bag, and a headband.






4. Haerin

Lastly, Haerin sported athletic pants with a slightly cropped long sleeve shirt. She accessorized with a knit hat and bag.





5. Group

Some netizens believed it was refreshing to see the girls in comfortable clothes, especially because there are underage members in group. Some also believed the hip looked matched NewJeans concept well.






However, many others thought that though the members themselves are pretty, the outfits were not. They believed the outfits gave off a more casual everyday vibe and didn't look like music stage outfits.
