The group NewJeans fandom Bunnies has released a petition against the dismissal of ADOR CEO Min Heejin.

On the 23rd, Bunnies said in a petition, "At this point when NewJeans is just a watershed moment for growth that will take a big leap forward, a dispute between its parent company HYBE and Min Heejin, CEO of ADOR, has arisen, which has left NewJeans and fans very anxious," adding, "The biggest concern is whether such disputes will affect NewJeans badly and restrict future activities."

"We are well aware that the contents of the contract betw to n the parties should be respected until the legal conclusion is reached that CEO Min Heejin after illegally, and that we hope to maintain CEO Min Heejin's status as CEO of ADOR until then, and our intention to support NewJeans is the same. We fully acknowledge the achievements made by CEO Min Heejin for NewJeans, and we hope that the relationship with NewJeans members will remain strong as it is now. That is the best direction to help NewJeans grow in the future."

There were reports that HYBE formed a new management team of ADOR on the same day, but HYBE said, "No decisions has been made yet."

Earlier on the 14th, the parents of NewJeans members appointed Kang Jinseok, a lawyer specializing in entertainment, and submitted a petition to the court, ahead of the interrogation date for the provisional injunction against the exercise of voting rights filed by CEO Min. The petition is said to contain the intention of wanting to be with CEO Min.

The decision on Min's dismissal will be decided at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on Tuesday next week. The court on Thursday asked both sides to submit additional materials by Monday from the date of questioning. The court will review the materials submitted and make a decision before holding an extraordinary shareholders' meeting.
